Balance and mobility take on a multidimensional approach to balance-related problems. It is most suitable for older adults who are beginning to experience balance problems that would benefit from strength training. Participants should not be regular users of assistive devices for mobility. Participants will learn various exercises and stretches that will improve their balance and mobility. Participants will also be able to take home tips on ways to prevent falls.
